1. Development of a questionnaire
You can freely design your questionnaire with Vogon or use pre-formatted model questionnaires provided. You may combine different types of questions, response and formats. No special skills are necessary to use Vogon. With a few clicks and the insertion of questions you can create your questionnaire in only a few minutes.

2. Carrying out the survey
There are three ways of finally carrying out the survey:
- By sending out invitation emails to the respondents and they fill in the questionnaires online.
- By creating a printable questionnaire.
- By creating ballots that enable the respondents to fill in the questionnaires online.
You may of course combine these methods freely.

3. Interpretation
The answers given online are interpreted automatically by the system. The results can be followed in real time on the web.
The traditional questionnaires need to be fed into the computer through a mask. A system of numbers makes this easy and fast.
4. Export of results
Vogon presents your results in different ways: you may use the answers to single questions or get a formatted pdf-document automatically. Graphs, tables, averages, and standard deviations are calculated automatically.
